Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective January 2026

Dynamic Dynasty LLC DBA Dynamic Dynasty Co (“Dynamic Dynasty”) provides professional services that require time, scheduling, preparation, and resource allocation. To ensure fairness and protect our business operations, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all bookings, deposits, and service payments.

No Refunds

All payments, retainers, deposits, and service fees paid to Dynamic Dynasty are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Deposits

  • Full payments

  • Booking fees

  • Administrative or processing fees

  • Pre-paid service packages

Once payment is made, it is considered final.

Deposits & Booking Fees

If a deposit or booking amount is required, it will be applied toward the final cost of the service.

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to another person

  • Deposits cannot be applied to a different service unless approved in writing

  • If the client chooses not to continue with the service, the deposit is forfeited

Changes & Rescheduling

Clients may request a change or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or start of a service.

After the 24-hour window:

  • Changes are not permitted

  • The booking or deposit is forfeited

  • A new booking and deposit will be required

Missed Appointments or Failure to Provide Required Information

If a client:

  • Misses a scheduled appointment

  • Fails to provide required documents or information

  • Delays communication to a point where work cannot continue

The payment or deposit is forfeited, and the service will not be rescheduled without a new payment.

Non-Transferability

All bookings, deposits, and service credits are:

  • Non-transferable to other individuals

  • Non-transferable to other businesses or subsidiaries

  • Non-transferable between services unless Dynamic Dynasty approves in writing

Service Termination

If Dynamic Dynasty terminates a service due to client misconduct, non-payment, breach of agreement, or failure to communicate, all paid amounts are forfeited.

Exceptional Circumstances

Dynamic Dynasty may, at its sole discretion, allow a credit or reschedule in certain emergency situations, but this is never guaranteed and decided on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptance of Policy

By booking, paying a deposit, or engaging Dynamic Dynasty services, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
